The Fueling Station Perinatal Support Group
KINGSTON - Every Tuesday 1:00-2:30pm @ 314 Johnson St.
The Fueling Station is a perinatal support group meaning it is for anyone who is in the prenatal and postnatal stages. The Fueling Station for Mom and Babe will focus on fueling Mind, Body, and Soul.
Fueling the mind will happen through instructional teaching and workshops on a variety of topics including, prenatal health, parenting, breastfeeding, bonding, budgeting, maternal mental health, and more. We will also be bringing in speakers from other organizations to present on special topics.
Fueling the body will take place through food that we give out to each participant. We participant will enjoy a snack while they are here and groceries to take home.
Fueling the soul will happen as moms meet with other moms for encouragement and support. Being supported by others and having positive social interactions can help moms get the emotional fuel they need to be great moms.
